If the carrier isn't able to deliver items because of the wrong address or the item is unclaimed, it is automatically returned to the distribution facility and customer service will work to resolve the issue and reship the item to you once the correct address has been verified.
In the unlikely event that merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact customer service imediately at which time customer service will request that you take a picture of the damaged item and the packing slip and the item will be replaced and reshipped.
If an item has not arrived and it is past the estimated delivery date it might be possible that the item was lost in transit. You will be asked to get in touch with your local post office and try to locate the lost order.
If the shipping address is confirmed to be correct and the order still does not arrive, our customer support will review all the information and if it is indeed lost in transit, we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping replacement order for you.
